Everything on indsoft.store is a digital software product — license keys, subscriptions, and accounts. There's no physical product — your purchase is delivered electronically via email after we verify and confirm your order.

Please activate your key within 7 days of receiving it. Activation is the buyer's responsibility — keys left unused for too long may expire or get flagged by the software provider, and we won't be able to help in that case. Each license is specific to the software version listed on the product page. If you face any trouble during activation, reach out and we'll guide you through it.

All prices on this site are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices may vary based on product version and edition.

If your key is defective or does not activate, we'll replace it within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are only issued when the key is genuinely defective and we are unable to provide a replacement. Once a key has been activated, it cannot be refunded. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first via WhatsApp or email. We're available 24/7 and will do our best to resolve things quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended.

We provide full support for activating your product — including screen-sharing guidance if needed. However, we don't offer tutorials or troubleshooting for the software itself (like how to use Excel formulas or set up Outlook).
