We keep it simple and fair
We deliver every order manually. Before proceeding, we'll reach out to you on WhatsApp or call to confirm your order details — so issues like duplicate orders or wrong versions are caught before delivery, not after.
Digital Goods — All Sales Final
Since we sell digital software products, they cannot be physically "returned." Once a product has been activated, the sale is considered final. That said, we stand behind everything we sell — if something is genuinely wrong, we'll work with you to make it right.
Replacement (Within 7 Days)
Refund Eligibility
A refund is only issued if the key is genuinely defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement. Our first step is always to replace the key — refunds are the last resort, not the first option.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Activated Keys — Once a key has been successfully used and activated, it cannot be refunded.
- Change of Mind — Since digital keys cannot be "returned," we cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Don't worry about wrong versions or duplicates — since we manually confirm every order with you before delivery, these issues simply don't happen.
