Everything on indsoft.store is a digital software license key. There's no physical product — your key is delivered electronically via email after we manually verify and confirm your order.

Please activate your key within 7 days of receiving it. Keys left unused for too long may expire or get flagged by the software provider, and we won't be able to help in that case. Each license is specific to the software version listed on the product page.

All prices are listed in INR and include GST. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — we never see your card or bank details. Prices may change from time to time, but your order is locked at the price you paid.

We provide full support for activating your license key — including screen-sharing guidance if needed. However, we don't offer tutorials or troubleshooting for the software itself (like how to use Excel formulas or set up Outlook).
