We deliver every order manually. Before proceeding, we'll reach out to you on WhatsApp or call to confirm your order details — so issues like duplicate orders or wrong versions are caught before delivery, not after.

Digital Goods
Since we sell digital license keys, they can't be physically "returned" once delivered. That said, we stand behind every key we sell — if something's wrong, we'll fix it.
Eligible for Refund
Defective Keys — If the key fails to activate and our support team cannot resolve it, you'll get a full replacement or refund.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Activated Keys — Once a key has been successfully used, it cannot be refunded.
Don't worry about wrong versions or duplicates — since we manually confirm every order with you before delivery, these issues simply don't happen.
