Our Activation Guarantee
We guarantee that every key sold on indsoft.store is 100% genuine and will successfully activate your software. If a key is defective, we will replace it or refund you completely.
1. Digital Goods Nature
Because we sell digital license keys which cannot be physically "returned", our policy is designed to protect both the user and the integrity of our inventory once a key is delivered.
2. Eligible for Refund
- Defective Keys: If the key fails to activate and our support cannot fix it.
- Non-Delivery: If you don't receive the key within 24 hours of purchase.
- Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice.
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Activated Keys: Keys that have already been used successfully.
- System Incompatibility: Failure to check system requirements before buying.
- Wrong Version: E.g. buying "Windows 10" when you needed "Windows 11".
